We do our very best to have orders processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of being placed. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches of new collections and sales due to the high volume of orders received.

Little Color Co. is not responsible for any additional duties owed on orders received.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We only offer shipping to Canada and the USA at this time.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our Made-To-Order products, all customized items are final sale.

All seasonal and sale items are final sale.

We do not accept returns, order cancellations or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages and do not offer refunds related to these issues.

We sometimes offer pre-orders or presales. Due to global shipping delays we often cannot guarantee shipping dates for these items. We do our best to communicate estimated shipping dates on our pre-order or presale product descriptions and cannot offer refunds or order cancellations for any pre-order or presale items. We do not ship partial orders, if you order several items including a presale or pre-order item, your order will be shipped once the pre-order item is available. Please contact us if you'd like to request a partial order shipment and we can invoice you for shipping charges.

Due to the large volume of Direct Messages we receive each day, it is not always possible to keep track of each one.
